Was a complete success!

The first bi-annual 5-Axis Summit was held Oct. 3rd - 5th at the HERMLE, USA North Americanheadquarters in Franklin, WI.

Over 30 vendor partners were on display as industry professionals explored the latest trendsand technologies in the high precision machining world. Guests brought real world experienceand curiosity that helped all those in attendance better understand the future of our industry.

The staff showcased eight different machines and live demonstrations to interested spectators throughout each day of the summit. Three of the demonstrations were fully automated. From pistol slides to aerospace structural components, machines ran continuously as guests enjoyed watching the high performance of each.

Additionally, Hermle, USA welcomed several industry partners to provide live technical presentations as well as roundtable discussions that guests found entertaining and educational.

Thanks to a local Milwaukee catering service – Kegel's Inn – guests enjoyed Bavarian pretzels with cheese, bratwursts, currywurst and frites, and of course four German biers, including Dunkel, Heffer Weiss, Lager, and Oktoberfest.Guests, vendors and Hermle employees celebrated the event.
