The apprentice social media team goes viral on TikTok
From trending topics to exciting insights into our apprentices’ daily work: Every week, fresh content is posted on the HERMLE TikTok channel – crafted by apprentices to appeal to prospective newcomers.
Collaborating with a social media agency and the marketing department, the apprentices scout captivating topics and content aimed at attracting future apprentices to HERMLE as an appealing training company. And it works!
The TikTok account now boasts over 50,000 followers. Some of the uploaded short videos have over two million views. These results have lasting impacts on training marketing. However, beyond captivating young audiences, the HERMLE TikTok channel’s authentic presence has also earned accolades from the Employer Branding Award jury, honouring the initiative with the “Best Employer Brand 2023” award. Further, the apprentice project secured further recognition by winning the “Gold” award in the “HR Marketing & Recruiting” category. We are delighted with the overwhelmingly positive public perception and happy to empower our apprentices to seamlessly blend smartphone with machining centre.
